My Mom was at The Forum for rehab. The transition from the hospital was seamless. The staff and therapists are wonderful. All were kind, happy and welcoming. Room was spotless and just the size Mom needed. We were often checked on to make sure all was well. The nurses and techs were sweet and quick to accommodate any of my Mom's needs. Excellent therapists.

My wife and I chose to move to The Forum at the Crossings a few months ago. We were impressed with the classic structure and the size and quality of the common areas. We also are pleased that our apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. I have a den/office, two baths, large living area, a good-sized master bed room and a fully equipped kitchen. This is much more than we found elsewhere. The main dining room is high quality, manned by friendly staff who provide us excellent menu choices at every meal. Best of all has been the friends we have made, the services we have received and the amenities provided to the residents. We are most appreciative of the transportation that is provided to doctor appointments, local stores and more. The talented caring staff make our days pleasant. We, like many our age was not sure what our future would be like when we left our old life behind. We no longer have any concerns since the Forum has provided us a great worry-free living and for that I will always be grateful.

The Forum at the Crossing sets the bar for 5-Stars (Quality of its management, staff, rehab therapists, facility, grounds, individual units). What makes it unique, though, is the deliberate care and kindness they demonstrate to family and residents. Although it is a cliche, we (children and resident) are are treated as people and not numbers. Folks at the Forum never make one feel like an imposition, and this is the case for everyone we see.

Our favorite aspects of the Forum are the Lifestyle360 activity program outings and having the opportunity to make new friends each and every day. We never miss a "Lunch Bunch" outing- the perfect to visit with fellow residents and meet new.

I love the Forum and living with the friends I have made in the last two years. Everyone is so friendly! You can be as busy as you want to be and there is a delicious variety of food offered at meals. I appreciate the weekly housekeeping and the transportation services.

There is such as variety of life at the Forum, from the residents to the employees. Everyone is so nice! The activity program is extraordinary. There is something for everyone. Some of my favorites are the weekly entertainment, lunch bunch outings, symphony trips, gardening club, bridge, etc. I feel so lucky that I can have my dog, Zoe with me here. We both spend a lot of time outdoors on my backporch.
