Tammy is a very good and devoted employee who is excellent in the dining area. She applies a natural skill to the wait staff area and helps those who need guidance. She is also very good at controlling mishaps. I see her with kindness and a professional attitude. I owned three different companies in my lifetime and would be proud to have an employee such as Tammy.
