Looking to bring more balance, clarity, and calm into your daily life? You’re invited to join us for a unique and uplifting wellness experience led by Reiki Master Janice Landfair. In this relaxing and informative session, Janice will introduce the concept of chakras—the energy centers of the body—and guide us through simple, effective mindfulness practices. Learn breathing techniques to quiet the mind and explore how aligning your chakras can support emotional and physical well-being.

What to Expect:
A gentle introduction to chakra energy and mindfulness.
Breathing exercises to promote relaxation and focus.
A peaceful atmosphere shared with current residents.
Light refreshments and community tours available after the class.
