Adaptable for all levels — with both standing and seated options.
Comfortable, supportive shoes recommended; don’t forget your water bottle!
After class, you’re invited to stay and enjoy lunch with us (11:30 AM–1:30 PM) and take a personalized tour of our vibrant community — before or after the session. This class is offered weekly, and you’re welcome to attend whenever it fits your schedule. Whether you join us once or become a regular, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and connected.
