Ingredients You'll Need

  • Eggs
  • Butter
  • Sour Cream
  • Chives
  • Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Start with a cold pan.
  2. Add a few large pats of cold butter.
  3. Add the eggs and keep them moving with your spatula.
  4. Fold in a dollop of sour cream and some chives when cooked.
  5. Top with freshly cracked pepper and salt.
