My mom made the right choice when she decided to move into Heartlands, Severna Park. In normal times, she and our entire family had nothing but praise for the facilities and care that she received. We are even more convinced that she made the right choice having experienced the dedication of the entire staff to her safety and comfort during this totally unexpected pandemic.

We had to make a quick decision and find a place for our mom to live. John and Kevin assisted us and helped us with the transition. Mom has needed time to adjust but ALL the staff has been wonderful in helping her adjust despite all the COVID restrictions. They have done a phenomenal job in making sure she is taken care of and all her needs are met. We have been very happy with their response times with our needs and concerns. We highly recommend Northwood Manor for your loved one.

We had to move a family member into memory care abruptly, during the pandemic. This normally would be extremely stressful, but the staff at Morningside made the process as easy as possible!

Cheryl in particular helped us a lot. She was incredibly efficient with coordination, and she made herself very available in answering each of the million pesky questions we had. The rest of the nurses/staff we interacted with were also very kind and helpful.

Our family member is very happy there. She's eating well, she's comfortable, and she loves her nurses/aids.

We've had great experiences so far! We're so grateful for all their help, and we definitely recommend the memory care unit at Morningside.

The Wellstead of Rogers has done a great job of keeping residents safe and happy, especially during the pandemic. They have helped us stay connected with family even when we can't be face-to-face through weekly garden visits (summer) and Zoom calls (winter). The patience and love the staff have shown our loved ones is a testament to the quality of individuals they hire, and in many instances, retain.

I found out on very short notice that I needed to find a place for my mom. I cannot express how lucky I feel to have been recommended to check out The Villa at Riverwood. From first contact with Bob Mogley, I felt we were in the right place and in very good hands. Bob went above and beyond to get us all information needed as well as set up a tour. He worked with me every day to get everything completed and my mom moved into her new place quickly. The staff is super friendly and has made my mom and me feel welcome and cared about. It is a very clean and homey place and strives for independent living for its residents. They also work very hard to keep their community Covid free. You won't regret your visit to Villa! It could be the best decision you make for you or your parent's future. Thank you to everyone at Villa for welcoming my mom home!!

My brother and I moved our mother to Morningside of Alpharetta about 7 months ago after an injury from a fall left her unable to live without some assistance. The move to assisted living as opposed to in-home care saved us money and provided her with more reliable care. From the start, the managers were so helpful, patient, caring, and understanding. They made themselves available for answering questions and guiding us through the process. We ran into a few snags at first, like the cable service, and the apartment needed a few changes to accommodate our mother, but we got everything worked out.

Our Mom is super happy. She comments on the good food and the friendly staff. She knows them by name, and they are so sweet to her. This really boosts her morale. She has physical and occupational therapy, which has resulted in improved mobility and range of motion. She can send and receive mail and packages easily, which gives her a sense of independence. She is assisted when she needs to go outside the facility to the doctor. She feels well-cared for by Morningside staff giving my brother and I real peace of mind.

We have always been welcomed when we have visited and have been able to help our Mom decorate and organize her things. Her apartment is now her home and she is content. We appreciate every effort made to keep all the residents happy, healthy, socially engaged and interacting. Many thanks and keep up the good work!

Kudos to The Remington Club for acquiring the COVID-19 vaccine early and getting everyone fully vaccinated by the first week in February. This extraordinary effort by Remington management and staff is much appreciated.

Can’t say enough good things about this community. I am always greeted with a smile from every employee, from Peggy in Admission who makes you instantly feel welcome and at home, to Toni the Director of Nursing whose knowledge and timely responses put residents and families at ease which has especially been a huge a blessing during the COVID pandemic while visitors are limited. The greatest testimony to the care and staff at this community is that the residents are very happy and loved- you can’t ask for much more!

I've lived at the Remington Club for 3 years. I am very happy. They have done a wonderful job since during the Covid shut in. I received my vaccinations and am pleased. The clinic was ran beautifully. The meal delivery has been very helpful. The Transportation department is very helpful too. Housekeeping does a great job.

My Mom (95) moved into McKay Manor last December, and it has been an excellent experience. The staff couldn't be nicer and has been most helpful with all our questions and very responsive to her needs. She enjoys having other residents to talk to, and I feel that she is safe and well cared for in the midst of this horrible Covid 19 pandemic. Thanks to Jessica and Abby and all the staff who have made her feel welcome there.
