I have had the pleasure to partner with The Montebello over the past year as a Ambercare Hospice Company.
During the pandemic the Executive Director Amy and Director of Nursing Christina at The Montebello were sure that their patients/loved ones were taken care of. Following all neccessary precautions to keep not only the patient/residents Covid free but their staff as well.
I would definitely put my loved one in their care.

I have lived at Premier Residences of Dallas for 6 years now. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. I feel like I found a new family when I moved here. Things have never been better than they are at this time. Eboni our new Executive Director has innovative ways to keep us happy and busy. The food selection is good and tasty. Obed our Dining Director is fabulous and very helpful. Our transportation department has been a blessing. Most communities limit places they take you. We don't feel trapped we feel we can go to any place without worrying. We also have Valet services which is a real plus. Angel is in charge of our valet and he does a wonderful job. He goes above and beyond his normal duties. Our maintenance department is excellent and will take care of our problems in a timely manner. Because of the pandemic we could not do as many activities that we were used to doing. Jennifer our activity director found interesting things for us to do. I definitely recommend Premier Residences of Dallas.

My father moved to Montebello Independent Living 8 months ago and our experience was wonderful. MaryAnn Stadley and Britni Lujan made the transition to his new home practically seamless, even under the COVID restrictions. Communication with me was great, expectations known, and his apartment home well prepared for him on moving day. Dad loves the food, the friendly and supportive staff, and we believe he’s in a safe, secure, and supportive environment. I receive a weekly update and newsletter from the facility leadership and I’m kept well-informed of changes in restrictions, updates, and pertinent news. The staff really do care. They made Dads 96th birthday special when I could not enter the facility during Covid. They took Dad’s cake to his apartment, sang Happy Birthday, and sent me photos!! This is just one example of how the staff cared about my Dad during COVID! I’m grateful to each of them! I highly recommend Montebello Independent Living.

Couldn't be more pleased with choosing The Palms when making the tough decision to help a parent move to another chapter of life. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the residents have multiple daily activities or off site trips to choose from. The staff are all friendly and helpful and that was so important. They have handled the Covid situation with care and flexibility. The food is great, simply really good and healthy, great work by the chef and staff. I commend all the staff for doing such a good job with the residents and would like to give thanks to more, but I'm so thankful to Maxine at the front desk for simply being fantastic looking out for my mom, and Steve (Independent Living Administrator) for going well above and beyond his already busy schedule and providing personalized care that I just can't give high enough accolades for. I can rest easier knowing these fine people are there when I'm not.

My family has been a resident at Aspenwood for many years . The care and compassion are unmatched by the staff . The Director PJ Petkovic is extremely helpful , knowledgeable and professional and his hands-on approach insures that Aspenwood runs smoothly . During the recent pandemic , Mr Petkovic successfully
kept the residents healthy and CoVid free , a very diffuse task indeed.

My parents moved into HeartFields at Cary January 1, 2021 after residing in the mountains of North Carolina for nearly 25 years. Dad was in poor health when they moved in and my mother had her own separate medical issues. I had a very short time line within which to find an assisted living facility that I felt comfortable moving my parents into in the midst of a pandemic. Thank God for McKay! She spent more than 2 hours on the phone with me during our first conversation answering the multitude of questions I had and answering every one of them leaving me feeling very comfortable even without being able to visit the facility. A few days later she took me on a virtual tour of not only the unit my parents would occupy but the rest of the facility. It was not a hard decision to make at this point. So many other facilities wanted to separate my parents into two different sections given their health concerns and Heartfields was one of two that would keep them together. Once again, I would like to reiterate how short of a time line I had and McKay was on the phone numerous times every single day getting the information she needed from the Rehab facility my father was at in the mountains so that we could move my parents in at the same time. She is nothing short of a miracle worker. She literally moved mountains. Once they were moved in, unfortunately - due to dad's poor medical state - he spent more time at the hospital than at Heartfields. The staff could not have been more helpful and responsive. Then I met China - words can not describe how amazing this woman is. She runs an extremely tight ship and holds everyone accountable in every aspect. She went out of her way many times during issues with my dad to make him comfortable and happy. There are so many others that did the same, to name a few - Freida, Brittany, Nicole, Curtis and so many others. Unfortunately dad lost the battle and his passing was handled with so much grace and dignity at Heartfields. My father was a very personable and charming person and I have never seen so many people so visibly so broken up by his passing. Heartfields residents truly become family. Moving forward we were very worried that shortly after moving in and after loosing my father, my mother would have to move to a different section of Heartfields. Thank the Dear Lord for China, McKay and Jennifer, my mother was able to stay in the same unit she and my dad occupied and is still there to this date. I could not ask for better care for my ailing parent. I can not say enough wonderful things about Heartfields. It is extremely well staffed. They are incredibly compassionate and professional. If there were more facilities like Heartfields maybe so many would not be reluctant to Assisted Living. No intentions of ever moving my mother. Love Heartfields at Cary!

In another month 5 Star Premier Residences of Reno has been my new home for 3 years and it has been a wise and happy choice. I have met many new friends. The whole staff; management and workers are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me if I should need something. I feel secure in knowing that I have transportation available to me for medical appointments and shopping. My apartment is cleaned once a week and of course I don't need to cook anymore - as all I need to do is walk down to the dining room for all my meals. Loved the activities before the Pandemic and we are now returning to normal with more fun ahead. Holidays and special days are always fun and celebrated. Our outside courtyards give us a beautiful place to be outdoors and walk around. What could be better than all these services with friends who are all enjoying their Golden Years together!

Five Star staff are wonderful--from the impeccable front desk staff, to "Jazzy" and her colleagues who are the heart and soul of events, to the personable and eager-to-serve dining staff, as well as the efficient maintenance crew--all the staff are warm and professional, eager to help and serve residents, whom they all know, miraculously, by name! The food is excellent and varied, and joy is returning to Five Star post-covid.

My parents have lived her for 3 years. Colleen has treated my parents like there were her own parents. The staff has been amazing getting them through covid. So happy to hear my Moms voice now with excitement at all the activities she can do now. Thank you Tuscany!👏👏
