Our culinary team prepares a unique and delectable meal each month to honor those who have served. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow veterans and enjoy a moment of camaraderie. Resident veterans are always welcome, and community veterans are invited to attend with an RSVP made one week in advance.

We invite family, friends and caregivers to this dedicated time to work through stress, loneliness, grief, anxiety and adjustment to life transitions under the nurturing guidance of a care professional.
Dr. Beth Ann Scruggs is a dedicated Alzheimer's Association Support Group Leader, Community Educator, and Advocate. A Montessori for Dementia Certified educator, Dementia Dialogs Certified, and Parkinson's Association Volunteer, Beth Ann is passionate about supporting individuals and families affected by dementia. Through education, advocacy, and hands-on involvement, she strives to empower communities with resources and awareness to enhance the quality of life for those impacted by neurodegenerative conditions. **Please note this group is held in our memory care building located in the second building when you enter the community.
Take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy gentle movement in our Flex & Stretch class—specially designed for older adults who prefer or benefit from a supportive, chair-based experience. Perfect for all mobility levels, this class is led by one of our Physical Therapists from FOX Rehabilitation who offers easy-to-follow stretches you can do while seated. No pressure, no rush, just peaceful movement at your own pace.
