Honoring our heroes! Tiffany Court at Kingston invites all veterans to our monthly Veterans' Luncheon. Join us on the 2nd Monday of each month at 12:00 PM for a special culinary experience with fellow veterans at our monthly Veterans' Luncheon! Our culinary team prepares a unique and delectable meal each month to honor those who have served. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow veterans and enjoy a moment of camaraderie. Resident veterans are always welcome, and community veterans are invited to attend with an RSVP made one week in advance.

Get ready to turn up the energy! Body Blast is a lively, full-body workout designed for seniors who want to stay active, strong, and energized. This class combines low-impact cardio, light strength training, and core stability exercises to leave you feeling empowered and refreshed.

Whether you’re standing or using a chair for support, this class is adaptable for all fitness levels and mobility needs. Our Physical Therapist from FOX Rehabilitation will guide you through every move with encouragement and modifications.
