Find your strength, move with grace! Strength and Grace is a gentle, chair-based fitness class designed for seniors who want to stay active, build confidence, and improve mobility. Led by our Physical Therapist from FOX Rehabilitation, this class is perfect for all fitness levels, including those with limited mobility.
