Perfect for all mobility levels, this class is led by one of our Physical Therapists from FOX Rehabilitation who offers easy-to-follow stretches you can do while seated. No pressure, no rush, just peaceful movement at your own pace.

Come early and make an evening of it with happy hour from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and dinner served from 4:30 to 6:30 PM.
