Have you ever wanted to try a Chair Yoga class but didn’t want to spend money on something you weren’t sure about? You’re in luck because you can join us on Friday’s at 10am for Chair Yoga with Becky. We just ask that you RSVP by 9am on the day of class so we can have your spot set up.
