Better Balance Class with Charles

Our on-site Fox Rehabilitation Personal Fitness Trainer Charles will lead residents (and visitors) through exercises that will help improve physical wellbeing through balance training and core strengthening. There will be options for both standing and seated exercise adaptations. You are welcome to stay for lunch after class (11:30A-1:30P) and join us for a tour before or after!
