Join us for an exciting and informative art history presentation! Dr. Amy O’Keefe introduces the history of the Silk Road, with a focus on Buddhism’s spread. We will look at generations of fabulous Buddhist art from the Silk Road sites of Luoyang and Dunhuang, and we’ll talk about some of the challenges faced in preserving that art and sharing it with the world!
