Independent Living Apartments: More Choice, More Comfort with One Easy Monthly Payment
The Forum at the Woodlands offers the flexibility to rent apartments or one of our beautiful Woodlands cottages. Our apartments include all utilities included plus cable at an additional charge. Our one- and two-bedroom cottages include a bathroom for each room, full washer and dryer units, full kitchens, utilities, and WiFi. Cottages also include screen-in patios or balconies so residents can enjoy our incredible year-round weather. Covered parking and extra on-campus storage units are available at an additional charge. Did we mention customization? We want you to feel as comfortable as possible and create a home all your own.
Every apartment and cottage is designed for comfort and conveniently located close to main services and activities so all it takes is a short walk to the Clubhouse for a game of cards of the fitness center to get a workout in.
Cost is one of the largest considerations for planning a move into an independent living community near you. That’s why we’ve made it easier by having all your expenses tied neatly into one monthly payment. Monthly rental rates start at $2,300.
