Moving to The Forum has been a fabulous experience for my parents. They were welcomed with open arms by the residents. The staff has gone above and beyond to make their transition as simple and enjoyable as possible. They have already gotten involved in numerous activities and are having the time of their lives! This daughter highly recommends The Forum!

Mom and i visited the Forum at Park Lane in June. She and Dad love living in the country south of Dallas, But she is beginning to realize it isn't practical for them in the long run. So, with enthusiasm fairly low, we were given a tour of 4 floorplans by Megan Poulin who, besides being warm and kind, gave great information about the facilities, accommodations, etc. The apartment layouts were sparkling, roomy and beautiful and proved very eye-opening for Mom. Once we went to Happy Hour we were blown away! Mom and I must have met 40 residents who were overwhelmingly friendly, engaging and fun! I can't wait to take Dad in a couple weeks so he can experience the same treatment. Thanks also to Social Director Ellis Paddack and Physical Therapist Dwayne Kicklighter for their kindness and professionalism. You owe it to yourself or your loved ones to experience the Forum!

My Mom and i visited the Forum last month for a tour and Happy Hour. My folks love their ranch but are beginning to realize it isn't practical to live there long term. Not too enthusiastically, Mom said she'd "check it out". Well, the floorplans Megan Poulin showed us were beautiful, and when we entered Happy Hour...the hospitality, love and fun were overwhelming. I bet Mom and i met 40 people who were amazingly welcoming. Change is hard, but the Forum can make change a smooth transition. Thanks to Ellis Paddack the social director and Dwayne Kicklighter the physical therapist for showing us warmth and professionalism. Take a tour at least!

My mom and i visited the Forum in June as possible future home for her and my dad. They love living in the country, but she was open to see the floor plans and meet some residents. Well, not only was she extremely impressed with the apartments, but the residents at Happy Hour were amazingly engaging and friendly. We were both blown away by the professionalism and warm hospitality displayed by Megan Poulin, Ellis Paddack and Dwayne Kicklighter who guided us through the whole process. Now, i can't wait to take my Dad to visit for the whole experience again for him!

My favorite thing about The Forum is the people: the staff and residents.
The staff is caring and hard working. They will go the extra mile to accommodate a request.
The facilities are well kept and the food is wonderful; they have a good variety of meals to choose from each day.
They have activities each day that anyone can participate in at the facility and are beginning to plan more outside the Forum.
I would highly recommend living here.

A big shoutout to The Forum at Park Lane staff for their welcoming nature. Our relative was anxious about leaving his own home and loosing his independence. Within 4 months, he’s now happily settled into his new home and routine. He looks forward to the dining room selections, group talks and happy hour. The daily interaction, companionship and nutrition have improved his quality of life and given us peace of mind.

As all families, we were very hesitant to move my now 90 year old mom from her condo in Sarasota Florida to Dallas where my brother’s family and mine reside most of the year.
We live in Preston Hollow, and I heard from my friends about their positive experiences at the Forum with their parents.
We found a beautiful one bedroom in the independent living section. We decorated the apartment with mom’s favorite furniture and pictures. She felt right at home instantly. The staff and residences have been so kind and helpful to mom especially during the last year! Mom loves the food and the companionship. I feel like she is safe and can still function as she wishes. If we are unable to take her to an appointment, they furnish a ride.
We as a family, could not be happier with our decision.

Our mother has been living at The Forum since 2015. Originally she resided in Independent Living but more recently she has moved to the new Assisted Living building. Both the Independent and Assisted Living buildings are bright, well decorated and inviting. We have found that the meals served are of the highest quality and taste for a Senior Living Facility. The Staff in both Independent an Assisted Living have been great with our Mother and the staff really pay attention to the individual needs of the residents. We also received a lot of support from the Forum during her move-in transition, which was very helpful.

My father has thrived at The Forum at Park Lane. For him, the most important aspect has been the social life. While he only takes part in a few of the activities offered, by choice, they have made all the difference in both his mental and physical health. He is able to maintain a truly independent living arrangement while feeling part of the community. It is just the right level of involvement for him. He raves about the food, among other things.
