Executive Director  

Denise has been Executive Director at Tiffany Court for 11 years. Prior to becoming Executive Director, Denise worked at Tiffany Court as an LPN.  She has 13 years of experience working in skilled nursing and an additional 12 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Aide. 



 

KellyShaw.jpgKelly Shaw, DPT, MSPT
Rehabilitation Director

Kelly earned her Master of Science Degree in Physic Therapy from Misericordia University in 1998 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2004. She has worked in a variety of rehab settings including acute care, home health and long-term care.  She especially enjoys working with the geriatric population and helping them achieve their personal rehab and wellness goals. “Seeing my patients achieve their goals is inspiring and I love that I get to be a small part of their success!”  In her free time, Kelly enjoys reading, geocaching, and vacationing at Disney World with her family.

Sales Director     

Cathy has been working in Senior Living for seven years. Originally from Bucks County, prior to joining the management team at Tiffany Court she was responsible for the daily operations of a Memory Care community. She has prior work experience in home care and adult day care. She received her Bachelors of Science in Human Services and Case Management from the University of Phoenix and has an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Bucks County Community College. At Tiffany Court, Cathy is responsible for growing resident occupancy and building community relationships. Her passion and love for helping others is what brings her great joy.

Business Office Manager

Janine has been working in the healthcare field for 20 years dedicated personal care. During her career in healthcare, she has held many positions from aide to administrator. As Business Office Manager, she serves as the head of Human Resources for employees as well as handling resident billing and accounting functions. One of the most exciting and fulfilling things about working in this field is the interaction that she is able to have with the residents. It is what makes her job enjoyable. When Janine is not working she spends her time with her husband and her three children.

Food and Beverage Director

Ali joined the management team in October 2018 as the Food and Beverage Director.  Originally from New Jersey, Ali has eleven years of experience in food and beverage. She has worked in every facet of the food industry. Having attended Ivy Tech College in Bloomington Indiana majoring in Culinary Arts, her certifications include Servsafe, RAMP, and CPR. Her prior experience includes working in a casino, family restaurants, sports bars, and a Country Club. She has three years of managerial experience. Ali’s passion is to create art through good and to be able to share it with others.

Maintenance Director

Joseph has been with Tiffany Court going on 10 years. He is responsible for the overall maintenance of the building including residence safety. He graduated from Johnson College where he received his Associates degree in Specialized Technology in Carpentry and Plumbing. The most enjoyable part of his job is listening to our residence life stories and making them laugh. He resides in Kingston with his wife, mother, and two daughters, and is the proud grandfather of two grandchildren.

Lifestyle360 Director

Jennifer has been with Tiffany Court for over 18 years. She has held many different titles including personal care aide, med tech, and van driver. She has over a decade experience working with geriatric residents and has worked in many local nursing facilities. She is the proud mother of four daughters and a granddaughter.

Director of Housekeeping

Mary has been with Tiffany Court for the past eight years. She is responsible for overseeing housekeeping for the entire community and for overseeing resident’s personal laundry services.   Mary is a dedicated employee who loves working with our residents. She lives in the area with her husband and has three children and five grandchildren. She enjoys cooking and watching football, and is very passionate about her Philadelphia Eagles!
