How Five Star is responding to the COVID-19 virus
For us, you are everything. How you feel, how you spend your day, what makes you laugh, what you need, what you love to eat—we embrace all of it, because we are a community. We support one another and make the most of every single day, together.
Heather comes from the Berks County area, suburbs of Reading, PA. She has been in the industry for approximately 12 years. Her background is heavily based in caring for the elderly diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She has both her PA PCHA and PA Assisted Living licenses. She feels lucky to be part of a team of individuals who are passionate about the values of Five Star Senior Living and who care deeply about the residents of Glen Mills.
I have been working in the industry since I was 15 years old. I always have had a passion to work with and help the elderly. My true passion lies in the community setting where I can be hands on with the residents and their families, yet still out in the field connecting with other professionals who also have the residents best interests at heart. I just love what I do each and every day. I love continuing to learn and meet each individual’s needs. It has been 25 years now and I can’t imagine doing anything else.
