Glen Mills Senior Living

Brian-edit.jpgBrian Baxter
Executive Director

I have been the Executive Director since September 2016 but worked in the industry for about 10 years. It has been my pleasure working with and for what is aptly named the "greatest generation." This position has allowed me to build some of the most unique bonds with residents and families that no other career could expose me to and I cannot imagine doing anything else.

Laura-edit.jpgLaura J. Kasal
Community Relations Director

I have been working in the industry since I was 15 years old.  I always have had a passion to work with and help the elderly.  My true passion lies in the community setting where I can be hands on with the residents and their families, yet still out in the field connecting with other professionals who also have the residents best interests at heart.  I just love what I do each and every day.  I love continuing to learn and meet each individual’s needs.  It has been 25 years now and I can’t imagine doing anything else.
