Executive Director

Tracey has over 28 years of senior living experience including being the Executive Director of a campus which offered Independent Living; Personal Care; and Memory Care support. She is a licensed Personal Care Home and Assisted Living Administrator in Pennsylvania. While in college, she worked as a Personal Care Assistant and Medication Technician.  Her background as an Activities Director also means she is always ready to enjoy a laugh and a quick dance with the residents! Tracey and her husband live in Douglassville. They have two children who are both in college.

Business Office Manager

Jinnell has been working in customer service for over ten years. While she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, two young children and four dogs! She is looking forward to building relationships with the residents and their families as the Business Office Manager and the team here at Exton.

Sales and Marketing Director

Alyssa started her career in the senior living industry as a Marketing Intern in college. She enjoyed working in the senior living environment so much that she decided to make it her career after graduating from Temple University. Alyssa enjoys welcoming prospective families and residents to the community and watching them flourish. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys venturing into Philadelphia, running, and spending quality time with her family, friends and dog, Kona.

Resident Service Director 

Jacqueline has been a nurse for 12 years. She has a background in working with Dementia patients. She has worked in skilled nursing and rehab communities. She loves spending time with her family, hiking, watching movies, and the beach! Jacqueline joined our team here at Exton Senior Living 1 year ago. She has loved getting to know all the residents and their family members. She looks forward to growing and building relationships with all the different families and residents that reside in our community.

Memory Care Coordinator

Shawn joined Five Star Senior Living in December of 2018. He is the Memory Care Director for our Bridge to Rediscovery neighborhood. Shawn oversees our memory care and plans programs and activities while ensuring all aspects of the neighborhood are up to Five Star standards. Shawn’s goal is to make sure that all of our residents feel at home.

Lifestyle360 Director

Clark joined Five Star in 2019. He is also a part-time Music Director for a local church which involves organizing and planning the Music Program. Clark has had an interest in music since a young age and attended The University of The Arts, majoring in Voice/Opera Emphasis. He has performed on stage since 1983 and continues to do so for different venues. Clark enjoys enriching the lives of our residents through our Lifestyle360 Program. When Clark is not at work or directing a music program, he enjoys word and card games, going out to the movies and bike riding.

Maintenance Director

William, who goes by Bill, has worked in the maintenance field for 11 years. The past 5 years he has been in a Supervisor role. In addition to this, Bill spent 4 years in the Navy and became a firefighter at the young age of 15. When Bill is not working, he enjoys spending time at the firehouse or volunteering at the Veterans Hospital.

Housekeeping Director

Manny has been a part of Exton Senior Living’s team for 17 years. He is responsible for creating a safe and clean environment for our residents. Manny chose to work at Exton Senior Living, because of the supportive management team. He is dedicated to our residents and their wellbeing. “I work hard to make sure that all of our residents are happy with how their apartment looks. I love working here, and I hope to retire from Exton Senior Living.”
