It was a hard decision for my mother to decide to give up her house of 55 years and move to independent plus at The Forum. Staff made the process easy for her and the family. As her abilities have declined very rapidly, the staff has been invaluable in assessing her needs and moving her to Bridge to Rediscovery. It is a comfort to know she is safe and cared for by such compassionate people.

We moved our parents in Independent Living in 2017. A true blessing The Forum has been. Our Mom moved recently to the Assisted Living, Bridge To Rediscovery. The transition was so smooth. There is so much genuine care and concern at The Forum. I myself am a nurse, and the expertise and medical care has been outstanding. Our entire family is grateful and relieved to have such a wonderful team to help us. Thanks to them for their flexibility and patience they showed us. We feel our Mom is in the best place she can be!

I am a travel nurse and I have worked at many LTC, STR over the past year and I will have to say that this has been the best overall place I've worked. The staff is helpful as well as the administration, the residents all have nothing but good things to say, it is clean and organized. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a LTC or STR for their loved ones.

Moved dad in at the end of December and he has truly enjoyed everything about the Forum. The Independent Living apartment is the perfect layout and size. And the amenities are very nice from the daily meals to the exercise room to twice weekly Bingo. He has enjoyed the food a lot, never a bad meal. The Forum has been a great move for my dad. Thanks

We couldn't have been more pleased with the caring, efficient staff that helped our aunt make the decision to come to the Forum, and then helped with every detail to make the move as smooth as possible. Thanks especially to Nancy, Move-in Coordinator, who went above and beyond in every way. The Forum has everything we could want to help our aunt be comfortable and well cared for, and we feel blessed to have such a wonderful place for her to call home.

After moving my parents into the Independent Plus neighborhood, the need to make another move came quicker than I would have imaged. Within five months, it became necessary to transfer them into the Bridge to Rediscovery, The Forum's memory unit. The staff at The Forum made this difficult, stressful transition very easy. From moving furniture to hanging pictures on the walls. Their new living space quickly became a home. Within minutes, the Activity Director had my Mom comfortable and feeling valued and needed once again in turn making my Dad happy. They're embracing the next chapter of their life and I am truly grateful to The Forum... their excellent staff and exceptional management team! I have peace of mind knowing that my parents have the best!

My Mother was at The Forum for 7 1/2 years, and was first in independent living, then 2+ months in Healthcare, to assisted living, and then to Healthcare for the end. I was always pleased with the care Mom received! Everyone was loving, kind, and caring. They were always genuinely interested in Mom and in me. Many of Mom's caregivers hugged her when they saw her. They kept me totally up dated on everything at the end, calling me several times a day, and responding in short order to any messages I left. The nurse who was with her the day before she died held the nurse's personal phone for a zoom call with part of the family while also holding the beside phone to Mom's ear so Mom could hear me. This happened for 1 1/2 hours in the morning, and the same again in the afternoon. I know Mom truly loved the people who cared for her, and always thanked them for helping her. I feel like I have lost part of my family (from the Forum) now that Mom is gone. I cannot say enough good about everyone who cared for Mom, and would gladly recommend the Forum to anyone!

Lovely facility, nicely furnished & immaculately clean. Comfortable & welcoming for patient& family. But what makes the operation outstanding is a remarkable staff. Administrative, social services, activities, medical, nursing, therapy, tech, housekeeping, food service personnel ALL unfailingly competent, helpful & kind. Thanks to all!

I truly feel blessed to be here as a full time resident. Since all of my furniture fits in my rooms, I truly feel like I’m home. I also feel so spoiled not having to cook meals or clean anymore. Each of the staff members are so very kind as are the maintenance crew.
