Meet the Chef: Chalie Lugo
Food and Beverage Director
Born and raised in the Philippines, Chef Chalie earned her B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Saint Paul University in Quezon City before moving to California. She trained under Chef Christian Klemm at The Hyatt, learning an intense focus on perfecting her craft. Chef Chalie is proud to be part of the Five Star team. In her free time she loves to golf with the same intensity she displays in the kitchen.
