The Haven is home to our Bridge to Rediscovery program – a Montessori-based, award-winning program for residents with
Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. We also provide onsite rehabilitation and wellness services with an experienced team of therapists, as well as respite/short stays – all served by compassionate staff that includes registered nurses and licensed practical nurses who deliver customized service based on care plans meeting residents’ individual needs. Our many services and amenities include restaurant-style dining, a full slate of social and recreational activities, regular outings, library, game room, wireless Internet, fitness and wellness programs, in-house beauty salon/barber shop, pet-friendly environment, transportation, laundry, and housekeeping.
