Jean Williams 
Executive Director

I started out as a CNA in 1986, and I was hooked. I have had different jobs growing up, but I have always come back to nursing. I have worked at a hospital in a cardiac unit and in Post Anesthesia Care unit. I was working for another company doing MDS when I received a phone call to come here as the Nurse, which I did. It was one of the best decisions of my life. I am now the Executive Director here at Morningside of Branson Meadows and I love the residents and the staff. I could not ask for a better group of people to spend each day with. I truly love this place.

Resident Services Director

I have always been interested in the medical field and growing up, I wanted to become a Nurse. I was unable to attend college after high school as planned, but started as a CNA in 1991. I then moved up to a CMT and then LPN. I have experience in Long term care, med surgery, home health and clinic settings. I am passionate about nursing and love helping people. I am excited to be here at Morningside and look forward to what the future holds.


Nancee Walker-Micham
Lifestyle360 Director

Nancee has been in charge of the Activities here at Morningside of Branson Meadows for 3 years now. Nancee’s background is in the Entertainment field. Having a B.A. in theatre, she has been performing in the Branson area for over 20 years so coming into a field of making people happy was an easy fit. Five Star’s Lifestyle360 programming revolves around five wellness goals to enhance our resident’s sense of well-being. Nancee strives to keep them social and active by having visiting musicians, games, physical activity and always celebrating life. “I want them to always remember that senior living is still active living!”

Missy Roberts
Sales Director

Missy Roberts has spent many years in the healthcare industry.  Her experience ranges from geriatric hospital care, skilled nursing and assisted living administration, social services, sales and census development.  As a corporate census development consultant, her multi-state responsibilities led her into many new communities to introduce and educate local businesses, community members and city officials about new senior care living and Alzheimer’s care concepts and options.  Along with building solid referring relationships with the healthcare and non-healthcare professionals, she implemented educational and sales programs to include Prospect and Referral Source Development, Customer Service and Recovery, Sales Psychology, as well as Coaching and Team Building.  “Most of my best friends are over 80 years old! It’s a true honor and pleasure to serve our seniors and communities.”  She is blessed with her husband of 27 years, two beautiful, creative daughters ages 16 and 11, one dog, five horses and land to walk barefoot on.

Business Office Manager

In 2012 I decided to make a career change and leave retail sales and joined the health care field, one of the greatest changes I have made in my life. I never knew that by being able to provide such a meaningful service to so many amazing people would have such a wonderful impact on my life. The skills that I have been able to learn and opportunities that I have been able to achieve in the last 3 years has truly been a blessing.


Richard Schaeffer
Dietary Director

Originally from St. Louis, MO. Richard moved to Hollister, Missouri in 1979. After High School he went on to Missouri State University and took classes in Hotel and Restaurant Management. His first job in Branson was as a unit manager with CL’s incorporated and then went on to become Roy Clark’s Lodge of the Ozarks Food and Beverage Director for 15 years. He then decided to take a big step and open his own Restaurant, Happy Days. In 2002 Richard took the position as Head Chef and Kitchen Manager at Morningside of Branson Meadows. He is proud to be a part and enjoys the fine living and good people of the Branson area and his good friends and family of Morningside of Branson Meadows.

John Sommer
Maintenance Director

I entered the field of maintenance in 2005 when I joined the Army and became a generator mechanic. After 3 years in the military I went to college and studied HVAC and building maintenance mechanics.  While still in college I landed a maintenance job at an apartment complex and was there for 2 years.  5 years ago I was offered a job as Maintenance Director for this community and have been here ever since.   I enjoy working for the residents because they are always happy to see me and appreciate everything I do.

Medical Secretary

My name is Pam Brand. I am originally from Oklahoma. I have been a licensed nurse for a little over 21 years and basically grew up around the medical field and long term care. I have been married to my husband for almost 20 years. Just after we got married, he left for basic training to start his military career. With our whole marriage being Army life, it has meant a lot of moves that allowed me to work in many areas. I was an assisted living facility Director of Nursing, have worked in wound care, home health, quality assurance, and even helped with facility marketing and some administrative duties. When I'm not working, I enjoy time with my family. We have two wonderful children. Our daughter is 17 and headed off to college, and our son is 12. We enjoy outdoor life and do a lot of fishing. As his retirement from the Army nears, we have decided to call the Branson area our forever home and I look forward to being a part of this wonderful team!
