Lisa Leppado
Executive Director

Lisa Leppado is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and has been in the Senior Living industry for over 25 years.  She has been an Executive Director with Five Star Senior Living for over 21 years at various communities but the last 16 years here at Heartlands at Severna Park.  Lisa believes working with the elderly is her calling and loves her job.  She believes in an open door policy for residents, families and staff, allowing for excellent communication which results in high satisfaction all around.   Lisa leads the Heartlands team enjoying high customer and  team member satisfaction surveys as well as 3 consecutive deficiency free state surveys .  She is a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner as well as an Assisted Living Manager. She can be found during her spare time enjoying weekend trips with her husband and daughter.

Greg Brianas
Assistant Executive Director

Greg has been with Heartlands for 13 years beginning his career in 2005 as Maintenance Director eventually being promoted to his current position in 2007.  Prior to Heartlands, Greg enjoyed 8 years in restaurant management and 2 years as a General Contractor.  He eventually found his way into senior living in 2000 as a Support Services Manager with an assisted living community.  Greg is committed to supporting the residents, families and staff of Heartlands.  Greg oversees Human Resources, billing and purchasing as well as directly overseeing the concierges and housekeepers.  Attention to detail, open communication and follow through are extremely important to him.  He enjoys hearing stories from residents and reminiscing about their pasts.  In Greg’s spare time he enjoys taking his trailer camping to the mountains and beach.

Anne Stewart
Director of Sales

Anne has worked with the senior population since the mid 90’s serving a Skilled Nursing Facility and Dialysis Center.  She joined Heartlands in 2002.  Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a Masters from Gallaudet University.  She firmly believes she has the “best job in the house” because she has the opportunity to meet families and help them to navigate the decision making process, eventually helping to create a soft landing for their loved ones.  Anne represents Heartlands through her outside associations and can often be seen at Health fairs and trade shows.  In her free time Anne loves to garden and cook for friends.  Her son and two grandsons live in Boulder, CO and makes sure to find time to take short frequent visits to see them. 

Linda Seegmuller
Director of Lifestyle360

Linda is originally from Baltimore and has been in Healthcare for over 40 years. She came to Heartlands in 2003 after working in the administrative area of local hospitals and mental health facilities.  Deciding she wanted a “Happy job” she became a Certified Activities Director and Certified Dementia Care Practitioner finding her passion in activities.  Working at Heartlands for 15 years has fulfilled her creative side and satisfied her desire to give back to the community through her dedication to the seniors of Heartlands.  Linda manages the volunteers and building transportation.  Linda enjoys being on the go and even in her spare time cannot be found in one place too long! 

Johnay Savage
Director of Food and Beverage

Johnay has been part of the Heartlands culinary team since 2016.  She began her career as a part- time Chef, and her passion for creating new and different recipes is the secret to her success!  Hailing from Baltimore, Johnay loves to be in the kitchen, always driven to be her best!  In her free time she enjoys catering and creating private dinner parties. 

Heather Plummer, RN
Director of Resident Care

Heather has been a part of the Heartlands family for 11 years.  She began her journey in health care during high school as a Certified Nursing Assistant here at Heartlands in 2007.  Heather continued her work throughout college and graduated with an Associates of Science Degree and became a Registered Nurse.  She worked as a nurse full time for 3 years before broadening her skills as a critical care nurse and a hospice nurse.  In 2017 she was excited to return to Heartlands as the Director of Resident Care working with the senior population. Heather directly supervises the nurses, assures the residents receive excellent care and is also a Delegating RN. On her off time Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and her four legged child.

Sharon Stag
Assistant Director of Resident Care

Sharon joined Heartlands in 2007 as a care giver.  She started her career in real estate and mortgage.  After spending time with her father in a VA hospital she realized how much she enjoyed visiting and working with the elderly.  She decided to give senior living a try.  She quickly realized that working with the elderly was her true passion and decided to make it her new career. Sharon worked as a care giver for over 8 years when she was promoted to her current position.  Sharon directly supervises the care givers.  She enjoys the variety and challenge of her position ensuring the residents of Heartlands get the best care possible.  When she is not working, Sharon likes to spend time with her husband of 30 years, 2 grown daughters, cooking, baking, doing yard work and taking her pup to the beach.

Fatoumata Diallo, RN
Delegating Nurse

Fatima Diallo has been in the nursing field since 2006 in the roles of LPN and RN staff nurse to RN Delegating Nurse. She started working as an LPN for eight years and then decided later in life to return to school for my BSN and earned my RN/BSN from Alderson Broadus University, West Virginia. Over the years, she has been privileged to work both in acute care and long term care facilities. She is considering returning for her PMHNP in the future. She lives with her husband and three children in Columbia, Maryland. She is very family-oriented, and in her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with her family.

Dawn Mynes
Director of Rehab & Personal Fitness Ageility

Dawn has been employed with Five Star for over 10 years.  She started as a staff Occupational Therapist in 2008 and was promoted to the position of Rehab Director for two of Maryland’s Five Star Communities in 2010.  Dawn attended Catonsville Community College where she received her Associates Degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.  She worked for an Acute Rehab Hospital in Washington, D.C. for 9 years.  During these 9 years Dawn returned to school in Towson where she received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Occupational Therapy.  Dawn recently celebrated her 10th anniversary with her husband and is blessed every day with her two wonderful children.

Craig Sandusky
Maintenance Director

Craig began with Heartlands in 2007 coming from over 25 years of facility and property management.  He is well versed in many areas including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, networking and renovations.  Craig enjoys working alongside a strong management team and great staff but finds spending time with residents the most fulfilling.   He spends his free time with his wife and two teenage children.
