When a Five Star resident requests help, DispatchHealth sends a team within hours. You’ll be treated by two medical professionals: a physician assistant or nurse practitioner, and a DispatchHealth Medical Technician (DHMT). A physician trained in emergency medicine is also available at all times by phone.
DispatchHealth covers a wide range of conditions and symptoms, including heart and lung issues, muscle aches and pains, bone breaks and sprains, bed sores and pressure ulcers, gastrointestinal problems, migraines, and infections, including COVID-19. Our teams can also offer support for patients with Alzheimer’s, social phobias and much more.
Dispatch Health accepts most insurance, including Medicare and Medicare Advantage. We handle all the details: We call in any prescriptions you need, update your doctor, and handle billing with your insurance company.
