Beverly has worked in long term care for most of her career. She started to work in the industry when she was in High School and then in College as an aide. After graduating from college she worked in various other industries, soon finding her way back in the long term care arena. She has held many positions in the senior living industry at the community level from being an Caregiver Aide, Activities Assistant, Director of Social Services, Director of Marketing and Executive Director. In addition she has spent a number of years as Long Term Care Ombudsman. Beverly brings a passion for the senior population and commitment to bringing respect and quality care for all residents. She is excited to be in the Easton area again. In her free time she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
Jan is originally from Annapolis; she has been on the Eastern Shore for 24 years and has worked her whole life with the elderly. She began her career, as a dental assistant in periodontics and then as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Geriatrics Nursing Assistant. In 2005 she began to work as an Activity Director for a 55 plus community and was hooked. She loves to find exciting trips and crafts to do but focuses on cognitive stimulation, exercise and inter-generational encounters. She has just updated her credentials as an Activity Professional Board Certified and also a Notary Public of the State of Maryland. She is available for any of your official documents. Jan has found her “forever home” with the HeartFields team and the residents.
Vince has over 30 years of experience in the food service industry. He has served as an Executive Chef and Food Service Director in Restaurants, Hotels, Hospitals and Assisted Living Communities. Vince has a passion for food and culinary services and believes that every day is an opportunity to enhance and enrich the lives of others! In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
Kelly has been in the Healthcare Industry serving as a nurse for over 25 years.
She began her career in Private-Duty Pediatrics before moving into Long Term Care Industry in 2008. She was a manager of a skilled long term care community and received certification with American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination also known as AANAC. She most recently joined HeartFields at Easton where she shares her passion for caring, respect and dignity for the residents she serves.
She is married and lives in Grasonville Maryland and when not working she enjoys time with family especially her three year old grandson and newborn granddaughter.
Regena started working for HeartFields in 2016 as a care manager for the Bridge to Rediscovery Memory Care Neighborhood. Regena is also a Certified Medication Technician. In 2017, Regena was promoted to the position of Resident Services Director, Assistant where she provides support to the Delegating Nurse. Most recently, Regena was promoted once again to the position of Bridge to Rediscovery Director. Her passion is working with those individuals living with cognitive decline and finds such joy working in BTR. Regena is instrumental in scheduling, managing and supporting the care management team and assists with trainings as needed. Meeting, greeting and making sure that our residents feel at home is Regena’s main focus. In her spare time Regena likes crabbing, listening to music, traveling and spending time with her family.
Michelle has been with Five Star Senor Living as the Business Office Manager for HeartFields for the past 6 years. Michelle brings extensive background in accounting, human resources and payroll in skilled nursing, where she started her healthcare career over 8 years ago. Michelle is the go to person for families, residents and staff alike when it comes to billing, HR related questions or just a friendly hello. She handles any issues that come her way and takes pride in being an essential part of the management team here at HeartFields. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys gardening, live music and spending time with her two sons and daughter.
Rob has over 40 years of experience in every aspect of maintenance & repairs. He returned to HeartFields at Easton where he once worked years ago. He also served as a Volunteer Firefighter where he retired after 27 years. The best part of Rob's job is that he enjoys talking and taking care of our residents needs. In his spare time he likes to fish, travel and go out on boat rides while spending time with his wife and four children.
