Chef Brad Miller is working with Five Star Senior Living, leading the way in redefining senior dining. He has teamed with Five Star’s culinary staff to create signature recipes to incorporate into the company’s menus, ranging from rich fare to special dietary options. “These recipes feature distinctive flavors and plating and are tailored to regional food sources to ensure the use of the highest quality and freshest ingredients."
