Executive Director

Amber is the Executive Director at Morningside Paducah, overseeing operations at the community and manages the department heads. She has been in healthcare management for the past 6 years with 14 years of nursing experience in various fields, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Murray State. She have been with Morningside for three years and loves working with seniors and their families. Amber's door is always open and looks forward to getting to know you!

Business Office Manager

Je’Na Patterson–Cole previously worked at Morningside for about 11 years as the Lead Resident Assistant and Supervisor, and later as the Business Office Manager. After leaving us briefly she recently felt called to come back to Morningside and is so glad she did, saying it feels like she's come home! She loves working with seniors and is so happy to have you call Morningside your new home as well!

Assistant Director of Resident Care

Danae has been an employee at Morningside for 4 years. She started as a Resident Assistant and was promoted to Assistant Director of Resident Care in May 2018. She has a degree in Business Administration and is also a veteran, serving in the US Army for 8 years. Danae loves being able to advocate for residents and staff.

Community Relations Coordinator

Laura has been the Community Relations Coordinator at Morningside for the past two and a half years. She is honored and humbled to assist seniors and their families in making the decision to transition to the next step in their life’s journey. Part of her position is outside marketing where she networks with the community as well as healthcare professionals to educate and promote our active senior living community.  Laura obtained a Bachelor's in Psychology from Indiana State University and is a certified Senior Living Sales Counselor.

Bridge to Rediscovery Director 

Christina has been with the company and worked in the community since 2011. She started off as a Resident Assistant providing care for the Residents in the Assisted Living Community. Later, she was able to become the Activity Assistant to the Lifestyle360 Programs Director. And now she is honored to be the Director of the Bridge to Rediscovery. Christina has 4 wonderful children, three daughters, Karmyn, Karlee, and Korie; and a son, Kamden. She was born in Kansas City Missouri, but moved to Paducah with her family when she was 3. She was raised in Paducah but I has lived several other places as well, including San Bernardino California. She can’t wait to get to know you and your loved one.

Food & Beverage Director

Dee has been in healthcare for over 25 years. Growing up and watching her mom and grandparents cook, she learned a great deal about seasoning and presentation. Dee believes being able to share some of her Mom’s recipes with all at Morningside is a great honor. Her philosophy is simple... smile and enjoy life!

Lifestyle360 Director

Teresa has had many fulfilling years here at Morningside. She joined us in 2009 and worked as a Resident Assistant one year during the day and two years overnight.  In 2012 she became the Maintenance Director in a position that she held until 2017, when she moved into the Lifestyle360 Director position.  Teresa loves everything about seniors and enjoys interacting with them and listening to their stories. She believes they have so much wisdom to share and we can learn so much from them. She is the “fun one” so stop by the activity room and join in the fun!

Maintenance Director

Dennis has over 40 years’ experience in the maintenance field. His job is to take care of any maintenance needs at the community in a professional and timely manner. Dennis and his staff are happy you are here and happy to help you in any way.
