Chair Yoga: Relaxation for All Abilities

Chair yoga is an adaptive style of yoga for people of all ages and levels of mobility. Join us every Wednesday
at Morningside of Bowling Green for a relaxing class that focuses on breath-to-movement connection for a
strong, flexible, and balanced body and mind.

Katherine Anthony, E-RYT, is an experienced and certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Her love for dance and movement brought her to yoga where she experienced a deep “inner shift” and yoga became a life practice. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to people of all walks of life through chair yoga, therapeutic yoga, and private sessions.
