In January 2021, Meadowood Retirement Community announced that Cathy Jo Parker had been named Interim Executive Director. A Healthcare Administrator for some 20 years, Parker has been with Meadowood for five years as Administrator in our Skilled Nursing Facility, the Health Pavilion, and retains that position, serving in both roles at present. She has served in various other leadership roles in the senior living industry. Meadowood is fortunate to have Cathy Jo's experience and knowledge on its team.

Kathy Norris has been the Director of Sales and Marketing since 2015 and on the team at Meadowood since 2006. Kathy’s role is to help prospective residents find their future home and assist them with the move-in process from start to finish. Sandra McGow has been the Marketing Associate on our campus since 2018. Sandra works to establish and maintain quality relationships with business professionals and organizations. Allison Hammond is Admissions Coordinator in the Meadowood Health Pavilion, our skilled nursing facility, which includes our signature Rehab to Home. Her role since joining the team in 2018 is to assist residents and their families with a rehab or long-term stay. Mary Boutain joined the Meadowood team in 2015 and helps create an exciting schedule of wellness activities for our residents. From exercise, yoga and chi gong, to continuing education and offerings of music and the arts, it’s our goal to ensure there is a wide variety of activities that focus on emotional, social, physical, intellectual, and spiritual well-being. Meadowood offers gatherings and outings that are safe and interesting, recognizing that being socially connected is one of the main benefits of living at Meadowood.
