Executive Director

Carolyn came out of retirement to join our team. She had worked in banking industry for 24 years and then in the hospice field for 10 years. Carolyn is extremely involved in our local community. She is a CGH Medical Center Board Member, CGH Health Foundation Trustee, YWCA Board Member, Sterling Rotary Club Secretary and YWCA Endowment Fund Trustee. On Carolyn's down time she enjoys spending her days with her husband and their daughter's family. Her hobbies include traveling, reading and boating.

Amy Suarez
Lifestyle360 Director

Amy is creative, energetic, and personable!  She joined Morningside of Sterling with a diverse background in management, customer service, and training, which makes her a great fit for being involved in our community.  Daily she enriches the lives of our residents intellectually, socially, spiritually, emotionally and physically. She loves meeting the residents, discovering what activities they want to be engaged in  and then spending time together doing the those very things! Making others happy makes her happy. Motto: ” Be the change you want to see in the world."

Rob Campbell
Maintenance Director

Rob Campbell has been in the maintenance field most of his working life and loves it!   He especially likes working with people. He has been married for 38 years to Linda and has 3 children, Sarah, 36 Rob Jr., 34 and Molly 30, along with 2 grandchildren Kylie, 12 going on 20 and Jesse, 8. Rob truly enjoys helping out residents with special move-in projects!


Kathy Meiborg
Bridge to Rediscovery Director 

Kathy joined the Morningside in 2018 as the Business Office Manager and transitioned to the Bridge To Rediscovery Director in April 2019.  Kathy has a passion for working with the senior population and enjoys organizing therapeutic activities.

Business Office Manager

Kayla has over 7 years of experience in management, training, and development throughout different industries.  She attended Western Illinois University where she majored in psychology.  She is extremely excited to serve the senior population and their families.  Outside of work, Kayla likes spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Food and Beverage Director

Tammy has been in our community for over 9 years. She is an experienced senior living chef, she has completed the 5 Star Culinary course in Chicago and credits her success to hard work and determination. as head chef, Tammy's passion is to see all of our residents enjoying delicious, nutritious, and satisfying meals every day. When not in the kitchen Tammy enjoys spending time with her two children Samantha and Alex.

Lindsey comes to our community with 10 years of experience in health care. Serving the elder population has been her calling since a young age. Outside of work she enjoys spending her time with her family and friends.

Tricia joins our team with over nine years of experience in nursing including: skilled care, long-term care, home health, hospice, and nursing management. She is very happy to join the Morningside team and to be able to provide compassionate care and support to members of our amazing community. Outside of Morningside she enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband Josh and playful son Declan.
