Danielle has over 15 years of experience in long term care. She has a sincere passion for serving the senior population and her community. Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and reading a good book.

Resident Services Director

Barb has over 20 years of experience in health care.  Barb has worked in nursing homes, clinic settings, and hospitals.  Barb has always had a soft spot for the senior population and thoroughly enjoys assisting her residents with their health care needs.  Barb enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
 

 
 

Amy Suarez
Lifestyle360 Director

Amy is creative, energetic, and personable!  She joined Morningside of Sterling with a diverse background in management, customer service, and training, which makes her a great fit for being involved in our community.  Daily she enriches the lives of our residents intellectually, socially, spiritually, emotionally and physically. She loves meeting the residents, discovering what activities they want to be engaged in  and then spending time together doing the those very things! Making others happy makes her happy. Motto: ” Be the change you want to see in the world."
 

Rob Campbell
Maintenance Director

Rob Campbell has been in the maintenance field most of his working life and loves it!   He especially likes working with people. He has been married for 38 years to Linda and has 3 children, Sarah, 36 Rob Jr., 34 and Molly 30, along with 2 grandchildren Kylie, 12 going on 20 and Jesse, 8. Rob truly enjoys helping out residents with special move-in projects!


 

Kat Pence
Bridge to Rediscovery Director

Kat is a native of Iowa who, after seventeen years in emergency and law enforcement services, discovered that she had a passion for working with seniors. She spent several years working in Adult Protective Services, investigating abuse against seniors and disabled adults. Being familiar with the Montessori Method as it is used to educate children; she discovered this type of programming is now being used in memory care. Kat became determined to make a difference for those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s through Morningside’s Bridge to Rediscovery. Kat and her husband Curt have been married for 27 years and have a 5 acre farm they have turned into an animal rescue and sanctuary. They have two adult daughters (and love of their lives), Kate and Megan who live in IA and Colorado.
 

Kathy Meiborg
Business Office Manager

Kathy Meiborg is a business office manager successfully completing her degree in business management. Kathy excels at organization, communication as well as customer service. Kathy has spent many years managing companies from the food industry to banking and employment services. Kathy and her husband Ryan have seven children in which we enjoy going to sporting events for the kids to just having a good old fashion cookout to spend time together. Kathy is very passionate about making sure the residents and their family’s needs are taken care of. It’s a great feeling to know the families feel confident in the care their loved one receives!

Food and Beverage Director

Tammy has been in our community for over 9 years. She is an experienced senior living chef, she has completed the 5 Star Culinary course in Chicago and credits her success to hard work and determination. as head chef, Tammy's passion is to see all of our residents enjoying delicious, nutritious, and satisfying meals every day. When not in the kitchen Tammy enjoys spending time with her two children Samantha and Alex.
