So thankful I found Crimson Pointe. My father Russ has been a resident since July 2016. The staff is very caring, and kind. Dale put dad's scooter together and Physical therapy is helping dad. The nursing staff is there when I have questions ,and helpful. Crimson Pointe has a family atmosphere. Thank you for caring for my dad, I have a peace of mind.

My father became a resident this past summer. I am so impressed with the care and kindness that is given to the residents. When dad got his scooter, Dale put it together and Physical therapy works with dad. Crimson Pointe is clean excellent food, and has good nursing staff that is there when I need them. The peace of mind I have now, is wonderful. Dad is in a good place for him. Thank you.

My very first encounter with Crimson Pointe told me that the team works very well together. During our tour of the facility, every single staff member stopped what they were doing, spoke to us, smiled, and genuinely looked as if they love their jobs. I truly believe they do! We've been very pleased with the facility, the accessibility, the friendliness of the residents and staff, and the feeling that we are now part of the family. My Mom has only been living there for 3 weeks but is settling in well. It gives her family comfort knowing she is safe, well-cared for, and can have as much social interaction with others that she desires. Thank you all for making this transition an easy one.

I feel that Crimson Pointe has exceeded their commitment of making my mother's stay comfortable-not only for her but also for my immediate family. They have worked very closely with us in recent months during some trying times, and have assisted us when we needed to make some serious decisions. Their dedication and respect for all involved is very much appreciated.

The bus driver for events and medical appts is the person Reola most says good things about. He makes pleasant conversation with my mom without going too far in personal issues. Mom also shared that he was able to mediate disagreements between passengers regarding pulling shades down, open windows, seating, etc. I think his name is "Corday". The nurse puts batteries in her hearing aids. A morning person to help her put on her support hose made her bed so often that mom thought it was a paid for service. So when someone different did the stocking thing and did not make her bed, I had to explain the facts to her. Also, she says favorable things about staff in dining room. Mostly the twins, whoever they may be. All of mom's care has been up to or above expectation. Only blips were when some bedding and some slacks were damaged by dryer. Administration replaced items to our satisfaction.
