Business Office Manager
As the Business Office Manager, Sarah Lech is the glue that holds Crimson Pointe together. Since joining the team in 2014 as a part time receptionist, Sarah has consistently risen to the challenge of any new task presented to her. When not balancing various tasks at the front desk (answering phones, greeting visitors, and meeting the needs of the residents and all of the employees at Crimson Pointe) she is working on her college classes and keeping her Sheltie, Roxy, out of trouble. Sarah’s favorite part of her job is being presented with unique issues from residents and finding solutions to make the lives of our residents more fulfilled and complete.

I find that working with wines and sauces can add so much to almost every meal!”
Dale DeLong has been the Maintenance Director at Crimson Pointe since 2015. With 20 years of experience in building maintenance, Dale has been a huge part of the success of Crimson Pointe since day one of his employment.
