Executive Director

Tracy McCabe was born and raised in Pekin IL. She started working in senior health care in 2010 as an Activity Director. Tracy then became the Sales Director at Morningside of Pekin, and is now the Executive Director. Tracy says her favorite part of her job is working with the residents and their families to help make our community feel like home. She is always happy when she can help complete the transition from their home to ours and see the way Assisted Living helps families know that their loved ones are being cared for. Tracy married her high school sweetheart in 1985. They have 3 grown children. She cherishes her time spent with her family and her extended Morningside family. Tracy loves photography, scrapbooking, hiking, and traveling.

Sales Director

Gaileh Barrow has worked in the healthcare industry for 16 years, and an additional 10 in Sales and Business Development. Her experience has included medical assisting, community relations, accounting, organizational development, business development, and healthcare administration. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration with a concentration in long-term care. Her passion is leading older adults and their families, to resources that will not only provide exceptional living experiences, but also peace of mind, knowing assistance is there if it is needed for them. Gaileh and her husband of 33 years are blessed with 3 grown children and two grandchildren.

Food and Beverage Director

Chef Amie Clancy has worked in the Culinary Arts since the age of 16.  Her passion is to make the dining experience the best it can be for her residents. Amie is driven to learn new and unique ways of making her meal presentation Five Star.  Amie is a self-taught food enthusiast.  During her free time Amie enjoys spending time with family, friends and pets.

Business Office Manager

Linda was raised in Pekin and has 2 sisters, one niece, one nephew, one great niece and two great nephews. Her previous work experience includes accounts payable, payroll, and management. She is very happy she chose to work in the senior living industry, not only for the reason of enjoying this type of office work, but also receiving the reward of working in our residents’ home. She enjoys listening and talking with the residents as they share their amazing stories of their lives. She also gets to bring her beautiful Shetland Sheepdog Shelby to share with the residents, who just love her.
