Executive Director

Tracy McCabe was born and raised in Pekin IL. She started working in senior health care in 2010 as an Activity Director. Tracy then became the Sales Director at Morningside of Pekin, and is now the Executive Director. Tracy says her favorite part of her job is working with the residents and their families to help make our community feel like home. She is always happy when she can help complete the transition from their home to ours and see the way Assisted Living helps families know that their loved ones are being cared for. Tracy married her high school sweetheart in 1985. They have 3 grown children. She cherishes her time spent with her family and her extended Morningside family. Tracy loves photography, scrapbooking, hiking, and traveling.

Sales Director

Gaileh Barrow has worked in the healthcare industry for 16 years, and an additional 10 in Sales and Business Development. Her experience has included medical assisting, community relations, accounting, organizational development, business development, and healthcare administration. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration with a concentration in long-term care. Her passion is leading older adults and their families, to resources that will not only provide exceptional living experiences, but also peace of mind, knowing assistance is there if it is needed for them. Gaileh and her husband of 33 years are blessed with 3 grown children and two grandchildren.

Director of Resident Care

Alicia Kimber was born in Peoria, IL. When she was six years old, her family moved to Cincinnati, OH where they resided for eight years. She moved back to Peoria, IL in 2008 and has been there ever since. Alicia, her brother and her mother all helped to take care of their grandmother after she suffered from a stroke in 2010. She became a CNA in 2014. Motivated by her mother’s love in taking care of the family, as well as caring for others, in her career as a nurse, prompted Alicia to also pursue a career in nursing in 2015. Alicia loves the elderly and is always willing to help in any way that she can. Alicia has a 1 year baby boy named Jayden and a 5 year old niece named Ava. Alicia has one older brother.  He and she are both very close with their mother and father. Alicia enjoys time spent with her family and especially her son. Her hobbies include photography and sketching.

Lifestyle360 Director

Angie Hittle is no stranger to working with seniors or senior living communities in some capacity. After 23 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant Angie decided she wanted to impact residents’ lives through our research based Lifestyle360 Program. Her vivacious personality makes her a perfect for our Lifestyle360 Director. She engages our residents in daily activities that focuses on Maslow’s Five Dimensions of Wellness. Angie does a marvelous job of helping our residents’ share their life experiences and interests. When Angie is not leading our Morningside of Pekin Lifestyle360 program you will find her enjoying quality time with her husband, 5 children and grandson.

Food and Beverage Director

Chef Amie Clancy has worked in the Culinary Arts since the age of 16.  Her passion is to make the dining experience the best it can be for her residents. Amie is driven to learn new and unique ways of making her meal presentation Five Star.  Amie is a self-taught food enthusiast.  During her free time Amie enjoys spending time with family, friends and pets.

Business Office Manager

Linda was raised in Pekin and has 2 sisters, one niece, one nephew, one great niece and two great nephews. Her previous work experience includes accounts payable, payroll, and management. She is very happy she chose to work in the senior living industry, not only for the reason of enjoying this type of office work, but also receiving the reward of working in our residents’ home. She enjoys listening and talking with the residents as they share their amazing stories of their lives. She also gets to bring her beautiful Shetland Sheepdog Shelby to share with the residents, who just love her.
