Susan Nave
Executive Director

Susan is the Executive Director at Morningside of Godfrey. She has been a part of this building since the doors first opened back in February 2010. She enjoyed her role as the Business Office Manager for over 6 years and was promoted to Executive Director last year. Susan is a highly-talented leader who is very personable and loves getting to know her residents and their families. She is a Godfrey native who left for a time to enjoy the warmer climate of Florida but found that she could not leave behind her love for the beautiful changing of the seasons that Godfrey has to offer. Susan has been happily married for the last 20 years to her husband David Sr. and is the mother of two children, Amanda who is 28 years old and married, and  David Jr. (DJ) who is 8 years old going on 28! She also has a 5 year old granddaughter that she adores and her name is Adelyn. The devotion that Susan has to her husband and children and her passion for seniors keeps her very busy.

Courtney Tepen
Business Office Manager

Courtney Tepen is the Business Office Manager here at Morningside of Godfrey. She joined the Godfrey Community in 2014 and just recently transitioned into the Business Office. While she is fairly new to the healthcare and senior living field, her passion for helping others has truly helped her ease into her role here. Courtney has her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and is a true asset to this community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, especially her one year old daughter Mya!

Jonna Parker
Lifestyle360 Director

Jonna is the Lifestyle360 Director at Morningside of Godfrey and has been a breath of fresh air since she joined our team this past January! She has worked in the Healthcare industry for over 10 years and has been an Activity Director for 6 of those years. She has a passion for working with seniors and is also Music and Memory certified. She loves coordinating holidays and special events for the residents, families, and the community. When she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with her family and grandkids

Sales Coordinator

Karen is the Sales Counselor here at Morningside and absolutely loves to meet new people! Karen has worked extensively in Senior Living for the last 30 years and seems to know just about everybody in town! She has worked to procure senior housing and services and has been an active voice in seeing to it that qualified seniors received their Veteran’s Aid and Attendance benefits. She has also authored over 20 publications on senior issues and concerns. Karen understands the struggles seniors face during transitional times. Her advice to seniors and their caring family members and friends looking for help? Choose someone who has the experience and knowledge to navigate all the options available to seniors now.
