Family members, residents and team Scottsdale have been enjoying family night Passport events. Each month flying to a far-flung destination taking a trip in spirit by throwing a travel-inspired soiree. 45 residents hopped on board for a trip to the good ole USA. Residents loved it so much, they decided to stay in the states! Flags were waved proudly and all was enjoyed, there was some wonderful cuisine. We enjoyed southwest fry bread, smoked salmon from the pacific northwest, New Orleans crawfish etouffee' and bacon wrapped franks from Washington DC all provided by Chef Ernst.
