Pueblo Norte has been a gift to our mother as well as her children. From the very start, Sandy and Barb worked nonstop to address all of our concerns. Once we had confirmed our interest in a particular unit, Pat Rieth not only worked tirelessly to make sure the unit was move-in ready, she actually accompanied us to lunch and introduced her to other residents. Since moving in, Mom has made wonderful friends and participated in more extra curricular activities than we ever expected. As a family, we could not be more pleased with the wonderful, caring staff and accommodations at Pueblo Norte.

I have lived in Independent Living for 20 years and have recently moved to Assisted Living. It has been my home for many years, and the staff and care I've received has been superb! Everyone in management, and the staff has been kind, helpful and prompt in filling my needs. I have always felt that the staff are our family here, especially when you live 2000 miles from family as I do.

To the staff who worked with Barbara Fentress at Pueblo Norte, you are valued greatly! Thank you so much for all the encouragement, nourishment, care and attention. I had never been to a place for rehab, and I didn't know what to expect. What I found was a village, like a family, with all types of personalities that helped me to feel connected in a time of utter chaos, and at times, despair. Like a family you empathize and expressed compassion. This to me felt like loving connection. What an unexpected joy to experience this with so many uniquely different people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Thank you. You touched my heart and helped heal my body. With gratitude, I wish you all the best.

Dawn Larrarte & her staff are fantastic. I really believe my mom is still with us because of the care she receives at Pueblo Norte.

My parents moved into Pueblo Norte in February, 2000 upon the recommendation of lifelong friends. I know they took great pains in judging not only the quality of the facilities, and the care given, but the financial quality of their investment. They felt very confident they made the right decision. Dad passed in March of 2002 at the age of 87. In his final days he expressed many times his relief knowing my Mother was well taken care of. Then recently on March 26, 2016 my mom passed on comfortably in your rehab facility under excellent care. I live in Scottsdale, so over the last 14 years I have seen firsthand how the caring and proactive culture of Pueblo Norte has fostered in helping the good folks who live at Pueblo Norte. This employees doing that " little extra" to make my mother's life a lot easier. This includes grounds keeping, housekeeping and a very patient manager of the dining room-I know there are many more! Finally during my Mother's last days, many decisions were made regarding assisted living, rehabilitation, physicians etc. All the direction given was correct and with feeling towards my Mother, brother and myself. Pressures of any kind were non-existent. A special thanks to the true professionals on your staff from Administration to Nursing, including Barb, Cindy, Jo, Jean and Ross. Thank you All!

Adel, Mindi, Debbie and Jeremy are genuinely concerned about my care. They are very pleasant, caring and professional. The entire team is doing an outstanding job!
