Flavored Fish Sauce
Makes 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients You'll Need
- 1/2 cup fish sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 thai chilies, stemmed and minced
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fish sauce, sugar, vinegar and water. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the garlic and chile and stir until combined.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
